The Eucharistic Procession
The annual Eucharistic Procession on the feast of Corpus Christi, or on an appropriate day near this feast, has a special importance and meaning for the pastoral life of the parish and the local area. When the Eucharist is carried through the streets in a solemn procession with singing, the Christian people give public witness of faith and devotion towards the sacrament. It is a statement of our belief in and reverence to Jesus in the Eucharist.

This year the Feast of Corpus Christi will be celebrated on the 22nd of June. On that day we will celebrate Mass and then gather and process with Jesus through Bantry and Kealkil to again proclaim our belief and our dedication to Jesus in the Eucharist.

2014 Rotas (July-December)
